It was 2:18, last two miles killed me, The energy and will power were there, the knees had gave in though so as a struggle running. Did manage a sprint across for last 100 meters though, ha ha.

Hadnt ran past 8.3 before so guess needed more than 3/4 weeks training (which took place 16 weeks ago) to get over the last few miles.

Next year, next year I go under 2 hours
