Lads, I've come up with an idea. If its shot down on here then so be it.

Quite a few of us have participated in the v2 football management games in the past/currently, but I know a few of you (Twist, Tooze, Beer to name but three) stopped partly due to certain posters on v2, the likes of Nick Fury and Viva.

So what if I were to set up and run... The 6WF Football League! It would be 6WF exclusive, it would go by the same principle as the v2 Euro Division where we create our own teams using the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] site for player values, and submit tactics weekly.

Who would be interested in taking part?

That could happen, or (one of) our characters are the manager, whatever. It doesn't have to be linked to 6WF, but it's just an idea of something that would increase activity on the site.

It's a website. You find a player, go to the site, look him up and whatever his value is, is what you pay.

No worries. You start with a yet to be determined budget, create your own club, and then bid for players using their TM value as the start. This is done by PM for secrecy. For example, David Villa has a value of £17.5m. So if you wanted him you would have to bid at least £17.5m. But if you feared someone else might bid for him, you could put in a higher bid for that player. The highest bid wins the player when the squads are revealed.

Once the starting squads are finalised, you can do transfers between clubs and also have two bids per week for Foreign Transfers which are first come first served bids for those players who weren't signed in the original draft.

Ah that sounds quite good. How many on here do you think you need to get it started?
