I will be updating the tree's after every PPV. PM's will be sent out after the monthly PPV and then you guys have a couple of days in which to reply back to me.

Then you can make any changes in your opinion. I would also ask for short reasons as well, so if anyone asks why they were moved, I have the reasons in front of me. No name shall we attached to these reasons if I give them out, so you can be as honest as you like.

However, if you want, you can post here saying why you felt "X" should go up/down a level(s). Otherwise it will just be anonymous. The choice is yours.

This enables me to save a monthly record, by PMing you all, rather than trawling through numerous posts here. Hopefully, come Born in Fire 2013, we will have a good record of who moved where during the year.

Can you let me know if there is anybody missing as well please.

In regards to the first months promo tree, I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but only 4 people sent me it (and I did one myself).

I need to make that clear because if more people do it next month and people's ratings suddenly drop, I need them to understand why.

So.....don't be too disheartened if you go down.

I have a few reservations with the character tree.

If (using the criteria from the tree in the past) level 1 is based upon someone who can/has the capability to main event comfortably without needing another level 1 with them, in a booking sense, I'd disagree with Logan Kincade and Leone being on level 1.

Not an attack on either promoers, as they're both excellent, and their places on that tree are fully justified, but in a character sense, how can they be on level 1 when, and I'm thinking about Logan in particular here, they haven't even broke into the main event yet.

Again, no attack at all!

Simply put, people disagree with you Sainty. A lot of members put both Leone and Logan up 1. There is no criteria like the Tree of the E. I just think it is more who is above who if you currently put all the characters in order of importance.

Not meant in a personal way by any means, but Spider has done one promo and is above some big names! It was a great promo from Spider, but even still, shouldn't a newcomer be judged over a whole month before being on the tree?

I would like to split Levels 3 and 4 next month and add another Level inbetween (so new levels 3, 4 and 5 and then the old 5 becomes 6). I think it is too bunched up there.

I understand where you are coming from. However, I made that call, and in my opinion it was the correct one. Let's see if he sustains it for a month and then we can change it if need be.

Happy with no move either way, thought after a quiet month (due to Uni work, being back at home working and having no laptop) I may have moved down a level. Glad that didn't happen!

Fingers crossed for the next few months I'll be back to almost weekly stuff, however until I find out what my assessment deadlines are and all that, we'll have to see!

I think the Tree is fair and does reflect the current situation this month.

Well done to all, Promo's are all going up in a standard which reflects the ambition and drive we all have to be the very best. In my opinion each month is getting better and better and it's fantastic to promo against the very best. Keep it up guys! Smile
