6WF SURVIVAL! 22nd March 2015

Kage and Dylan are heading outside but as they see the rain, Dylan stops and smiles, observing it.

KA: Brother, we have to prepare.

DA: Kage, we can wait for the rain to pass. What do you see?

KA: Just rain, the cold, unfeeling, wet drops that can be soft as silk or as sharp as nails.

DA: I see our opponents in it. I see them only heading down into the darkest depths and wondering why they are being forced there

The sun breaks out, stopping the rain

KA: We as the mighty sun, will put a stop to them ruining everyone elses day.

Dylan looked impressed and smiled at Kage

DA: We will shine brighter than ever upon the rest of the world and demolish the dark clouds surrounding this place.

They both head outside and chuckle as they grab some gym bags from their car.

I am Perfection hits the arena speakers as the crowd's emotions change from loud cheers and chanting for Chris Patricks, to loud boo's as Perfect Jack slowly walks out from behind the curtains with a smirk across his face. He stops at the top of the ramp, waiting for the loud boo's to quieten down. 

MW: I was hoping Perfect Jack would come out and he has delivered. I cannot wait to hear what he says.

RJ: He has a lot of explaining to do, interfering with a match he had no business in. This crowd here tonight look vicious, it wouldn't surprise me much if Perfect Jack riled them up even more. 

PJ: Well well well, the saying goes, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Perfect Jack makes headlines once again, dividing opinions and getting under people's skins. Just the way I like, I love to be hated. The boo's I hear, they just make me smile. 

RJ: That's a big ol' grin on his face, I can't understand someone who has a preference for being booed rather than cheered. I just don't get it. 

MW: That's why Perfect Jack is a multiple time champion, he doesn't need the adulation and support of the crowd, he has himself and more often than not, that's all he needs. 

PJ: Now, let's get into the topic at hand, let's answer the question that everyone's asking, "Why did Perfect Jack return after such a long absence?" Well to cut it short Chris, it's because I can. I can do whatever I please, and returning at Lockdown was something I wanted to do. When Max Adamson made the call on that night, I knew I had to come back, he made me an offer that was, to coin a phrase, "best for Perfect Jack" and what is best for Perfect Jack, is best for business.

RJ: So, it looks like Perfect Jack's return was purely financial, he's nothing more than a paid mercenary, a prize fighter if you will.

MW: You can't be shocked at his actions, it looks Max made Perfect Jack an offer he couldn't refuse, you heard what the man said, it was best for business, it was best for Perfect Jack.

PJ: The stakes are at an all time high Chris, what are you going to do? What are you going to do when we win at Survival? Knowing that if you lose, you will never get a shot at the title as long as Max Adamson is champion. That must eat you up inside, knowing everything you have fought for, could be taken away from you by the perfect wrestler.

*I Fought the Law’ blasts out and the crowd erupt into cheers as Cameron Faith steps out. He has the European Title over one shoulder, the Freeweight title on the other while also carrying the Fight for The Right briefcase. He stops at the top of the ramp, raises both titles above his head before making his way to ring.


RJ: Cameron looking pretty confident here.


MW: No Idea why, Crime Lord is on a whole different planet.


*Cameron steps into the ring, pulls a microphone out his kneepad and slowly raises it as the crowd start to quieten*
CF: So Cameron Faith issues an open challenge, and wouldn’t you believe it, it’s only gone and been accepted by 6WF royalty, possibly the greatest wrestler ever in 6WF, the one, the only Crime Lord.


*The crowd erupt into loud boos*


CF: I’m not gonna kid myself, this could quite simply be the toughest title defence I have ever had, but when all is said and done it don’t matter. I mean sure Crime Lord’s achievement are legendary but what the hell has he done recently, well except becoming a glorified bodyguard.
While I have been setting the longest title reign in 6WF history, you have been walking around babysitting Alex Daniels.


You may need my titles to complete your collection Crime Lord, me, I just need to beat you because that’s just what I do. It will prove to the world that Cameron Faith is more than capable of competing at the highest level.


*Cameron pauses for a second slowly smiling*


CF: Then after I have beat you Crime Lord, prove just how Main Event Cameron Faith is, I will turn my attention to the Main Event, depending on how I feel maybe take a wee walk down to ringside and take things from there.

Perfect Jack looks visibly annoyed but manages to keep his calm. He raises the microphone up to his mouth to respond to Chris Patricks, but before he can speak, he is drowned out by boo's. 

MW: So disrespectful of this crowd tonight, won't even let Perfect Jack speak. I am disgusted, I really am. 

RJ: Oh be quiet, he deserves all he gets, like I said, he had no right to interfere in that match. 

PJ: You see Chris, you can continue with your childish insults, your silly jabs, your immature jokes that make these brain-dead idiots in the crowd laugh their head off,

The Crowd boo loudly as Perfect Jack laughs at the reaction of the audience.

PJ: The point is Chris, this is like a game of poker, our teamsare sitting on opposite sides of the table, our cards are close to our chest, while you and your team foolishly played your hand the moment you thought you had the advantage. While Max, Logan and Tom sat there and watch you and your team get all ahead of themselves, thinking you had the upperhand, while all along Chris, Max had the perfect trump card up his sleeve. Me. The Perfect one, the perfect wrestler. 

Crowd Boo 

PJ: You see Patricks, you see right there is why you're already at a disadvantage. You let your emotions get the best of you, you're not able to control them. You're ready to lose yourself in the moment to entertain these fools in the crowd. This isn't a game of snap Chris, this is a game of poker, your poker face is easy to read Chris and I've read it multiple times, I know what you're going to say and do before you even think about it. 

Crowd boo

PJ: At Survival Chris, everyone lays their hands down on the table, everyone see's what everyone else had in their hands, don't be surprised when I pull an ace out of my sleeve Chris, because at Survival, I'm gonna make you fold.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

(The crowd boo as Max Adamson appears on the titantron, looking towards Patricks inside the ring)

Max: I heard what you said Chris, you think I'm not man enough to come down to that ring and face you... Funny, because those without the damaged brain from your failed suicide attempt view it differently... Max Adamson isn't going to give Chris Patricks the pleasure of facing him mano e mano, becuase that's what Chris Patricks wants. I'm not in the business of giving my rivals what they want Chris, otherwise I wouldn't be stood here as 6WF's Undisputed Champion. I wouldn't be stood here about to lead Team Adamson into battle against Team Patricks.

(Adamson smirks as the crowd boo again)

Max: Here's the thing Chris, despite my reputation as the most hated 6WF superstar in the locker room, I've managed to assemble a team more than capable of crushing your title dreams. I've managed to convince Logan Kincade, Tom Ree and Perfect Jack to join my team, not for my benefit, but for their benefit. Kincade and Ree joined to eliminate you from their path to facing the World Champion, and Perfect Jack joined purely to stop you. Team Adamson isn't the beginning of a beautiful friendship, because all three of my teammates would struggle to piss on me if I were on fire. But we have a common goal, and that goal is destroying the dreams of the evil, lying, knieving, death faking scumbag known as Christopher, James, Patricks...

(Adamson grins before continuing)

Max: I remember what you said at Destiny when you eliminated me from the Gold Rush. "I'm going to finish what you started". Hear this Chris, at Survival, I'm going to finish what YOU started. No more Championship opportunities, no more main events, no more plans for revenge. At Survival, you're finished Chris. Finished.

"The Next Big Thing" blares out through the speakers and the crowd cheer as Mike Hill walks out onto the stage.

RJ: It looks like Hill is out here to even the numbers!

MW: It's still 3 on 2 RJ, you're even dumber than Patricks.

*Hill strolls down the ramp before sliding into the ring where he picks a microphone up from the corner. He strides over to Patricks and shakes his hand.

Mike Hill: Well, well, well...Mike Hill's invite to this little party must have been late arriving. But don't you worry Chris, Mike Hill wasn't going to leave you stood in this ring with these three ass-hats for too long, it would be enough to drive anyone insane listening to the drivel they're spouting.

*Hill looks up the titantron with Adamson's face on there...

Mike Hill: Now let me tell you something Max, Chris Patricks will not be finished off at Survival. Not if Mike Hill has anything to do with it. You talk with so much confidence about the team you've put together...Mike Hill doesn't quite understand why you're so confident about Survival. The key word for the Main Event is TEAM Patricks vs TEAM Adamson.

Mike Hill doesn't see Team Adamson as a team. Team Adamson is a group of four individuals, all of whom have their eye on one prize...the 6WF Undisputed Title. They haven't got your back, and you sure as hell haven't got there's. Compare that to Team Patricks. What has Chris got that any of us would want? He isn't the world champion, he isn't the N01 contender. The reason Chris was able to recruit Mr Kenty, Nemesis and Mike Hill is because we wanted to help him, we want him to represent this company...and we want to beat you. Team Patricks is made-up of people who want to be there, Team Adamson is made-up of four individuals looking for a leg-up to the top.

*Hill turns from the titantron to face Perfect Jack and Tom Ree.

Mike Hill: Will you two do Mike Hill a favour and look up at the titantron a moment? What you are seeing right now is an example of the type of man Max Adamson is. Max Adamson is backstage, away from the action, taking the cowards way out of the situation. He's sent you two out to do his dirty work for him...and do you really think it will be any different at Survival?

Max will happily let you two, and Logan, take a beating. He will let you have your head stomped into the ground, he will let your bodies be battered and bruised at the hands of Team Patricks. And if by some miracle you find yourself in the ascendancy, that's when Max will get involved. That's the kind of man, the kind of wrestler Max Adamson is. He will let someone else do the hard work, and they try to take advantage, take all of the credit and glory for it...just ask Chris, he knows that.

Do you really think there will be a moment's hesitation on Max's part to throw any one of you under the bus if it helps him? Do you really want to be known as an ally of a man like Max Adamson? Around here, Mike Hill sets the standard on most things but Max does set the standard in being 6WF's biggest jackass. You might be willing to throw away any sense of courage or morality you have to help Max, but Mike Hill will assure you right now, Adamson will never return the favour.

The ring is full of superstars, the tension is palpable as the alpha males in the ring look ready to explode into a cacophony of abuse and hatred followed by swift left and rights the lights in the arena begin to turn a sinister red as the men in the ring turn to the stage Max Adamson smirks as the titan tron changes to yellow and black warning tape as the pyros explode up and down the ramp before an all too familiar warning sounds out over the loud speakers

DUE TO THE GRAPHIC NATURE OF THIS PROGRAMME, VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED

The crowd explode into a chorus of boos and jeers as the unstable one, the former mental patient, and former prisoner Logan Kincade steps out onto the ramp, his war paint immaculate covering half of his face and torso mirroring the burn scars on the opposite side. Adamson re-appears on the tron.

Logan stands at the top of the ramp as Edgecrusher blasts out of the speakers and surveys the scene before making his way towards the ring.

MW: He's here!! YES! YES! YES! YES!

RJ: My god, you really are a broken toy aren't you?

MW: I am a loyal fan of the deranged one. 

RJ: Oh I see, trying on a few new nicknames? 

MW: .........Maybe

Logan wanders round towards the commentators desk where Mike Wire is more than happy to hand him his personal microphone. Logan grabs it without looking and rolls into the ring.

He goes face to face with Cameron Faith who stands his ground, the size difference apparent but no inch is given by Faith who looks ready for any fight Logan has to give. Logan smirks at the double champ before he eyeballs all the other superstars in the ring before raising the mic to his lips. as Edgecrusher fades

LK: Well..... this is cosy. isn't it?

Crowd: YOU SUCK! YOU SUCK!

LK: Now, I am aware pf the status quo in this company, There are good guys, or the preferred by men... and there are bad guys, or the men the higher ups used to like, but now don't like as much.... then there is Logan Kincade. The srongest, meanest, best man in this company, who the yes men in this company have a miraculous ability to say no to....

The other superstars are rolling their eyes and shaking their heads at Logan's usual self pitying rhetoric.

LK: Now, I have been here many a time and explained this, very simple notion to you morons, but alas I feel I am talking to myself. So I have decided to formulate a new plan of action. A new Logan Kincade if you will... It's a very simple premise. I intend to win every title in this god forsaken company. 

I will use any amount of force, any means necessary. There is nothing I will not do, and now there will be those who will point out that this is very similar to how I have always acted, and well done, you were listening, but the difference this time is simple.

I have nothing to lose, I have no allegiances, no friends, no family to hold me back. I am finally free of any baggage, and that should scare you all, because for the first time I am truly.... free.

And I intend to make a statement at Survival. Starting with you...

Logan points at Cameron Faith with a smile etched on his face

*As the superstars in the ring, eyeball one another with the tension ever rising “Turn up the Trouble” roars over the sound system as the fans begin a ruthless chorus of boo’s mixed together with subdued cheering. The superstars in the ring, share a similar look of bemusement at one another as a smarmy looking Kenty enters at the top of the stage. He is wearing a tailor made, black three piece suit with a red tie, his hair is jelled in a Clark Kent style and on his right wrist is an expensive looking Silver rolex. Standing at the top of the ramp, Kenty sucks in the toxic atmosphere aimed at him with a Cheshire cat style smile and casually makes his way down to the ring, his usual pomp and bravado seemingly returning.  Meanwhile, Team Patricks in the ring look on confidently while Team Adamson snarl at the ex-champion’s presence. The commentary duo of Michael Wire and then RJ can be heard over the loud, venomous boos and small audible cheers of the audience directed at Mr Kenty who nears entering the ring.*

RJ: You got to say in recent week, this man, Mr Kenty has got his bravado back. He seems almost transformed… what do you think partner?

MW: I don’t know if I’m honest, RJ… I have also stood by the fact he’s a talented wrestler. He has fallen from grace massively and I can only imagine he has dreamt of a Survival to really springboard himself back to where he belongs.

RJ: Remember folks, Last week Mr Kenty’s ally, friend and tag team partner Nemesis signed Kenty up to team Patricks much to Kenty’s initial apprehension but it seems he has now embraced and welcomed the concept.

MW: I can’t wait to see what he says! There are a lot of old faces in that ring I bet Kenty cannot wait to get reacquainted with.

*Kenty quickly hops up the steel stairs and makes his way through the ropes and into the middle of the ring. The reaction he receives from the members of Team Adamson is nothing short of ice cold much like the audience while the reaction he receives from Team Patricks is slightly warmer. A brisk handshake and nod of respect at Each Patricks and Hill before Kenty is handed a microphone by Mike Bird. A few seconds pass, Kenty thrusts his hand in his pocket, pivoting his neck from side to side sucking in the atmosphere with a smirk. He then looks at his team-mates and then at Team Adamson. “Kenty sucks” bellows around the arena as Kenty laughs out loud before raising the microphone to his lips.*

Mr Kenty: Ladies and gentleman… may I be the first to say, thank you all for attending tonight. You are getting a preview of Survival and may I just add, Max Adamson will be appearing in person at Survival. You’re not getting away that easy champ! And Max, I’m curious… why all the way behind a camera? I know maybe on reason why… you remember me right?
*Adamson snarls from the titantron looking at Kenty in the ring like he is a piece of dirt. Kenty mischievously grins from ear to ear as the crowd continue to boo loudly.*

Mr Kenty: I have never received my chance for a rematch for my world championship that you happen to be holding onto right about now. Now, excuse my selfish attitude for one second but we both know I can still beat you Max. So, with that being said, I for one, 
cannot wait to mix it with you again at Survival. That is, if Chris Patricks hasn’t taken out his full rage on you by then.


*Chris Patricks and Kenty look at each other and nod with mutal respect as Adamson looks on with an ice cold demeanour from the titantron. Kenty then raises the microphone again turning his attention to Logan Kincade, Tom Ree and Perfect Jack who all look at Kenty with a burning hatred, Logan in particular.*

Mr Kenty: Let’s see here… Logan Kincade, Tom Ree and Perfect Jack. Well, for starters, I’d like to formally introduce myself to you, 
Mr Tom Ree.


*The fans in attendance boo as Tom straightens his tie and holds the Hardcore belt aloft in the air as Kenty looks at him with a smirk as Tom mouths “The Hardcore champion, remember that!”*


Mr Kenty: Look, you seem like an intelligent kind of guy. I mean, I have seen your classrooms backstage, I have listened to your words and I have seen the talent that you clearly have which you demonstrate perfectly. What is it you say? You will witness the Personification of excellence? Hmm… I respect your ambition kid. But, one question… I’m sure you have heard the rumours too… but, is it true that you make all your pretty students sit at the front of the class?

*Tom Ree snarls and nods sarcastically at Kenty’s comments. Justiculating at the former champion, Tom Ree continues to shout at Kenty as Kenty turns his attention to Logan Kincade, looking slightly more wary and cautious as Logan, eyeballs Kenty intently.*

Mr Kenty: And that brings me to you… Logan Kincade. You and I both have been through it, haven’t we? We have torn down some of the biggest arenas around the world and fought for the world championship on the big stages. And the amount of times you have kicked me down, chipped my teeth and hurt me I have lost count and I’m sure everyone in this arena has lost count to.

Mr Kenty: But despite the beatings… I have always come back. I have always come back and thrown everything you got and thrown in back ten times harder. You and I go back a long, long time and despite our differences, we both deep down, respect the hell out of each. I wouldn’t expect anything less than a punch in the jaw at Survival if I bat one eyelid in your direction. See you at Survival. And that brings me to you…

*Nonchalantly, Perfect Jack stands in the ring, arms folded looking massively unimpressed with Mr Kenty. Kenty takes a few seconds, looking up and down at PJ before speaking.

Mr Kenty: Well, if my eyes don’t deceive me, it’s you. Perfect Jack everybody! Welcome back to this squared ring. I think, you and I, we may have crossed paths back up in Glasgow maybe once or twice but I think this is the first time you and I have shared a ring in 6WF. I must agree with you Jack, doing what’s best for Perfect Jack is a motive we can all relate to. Being selfish is human nature… but have you given any thought to the long game?

Mr Kenty: I mean it’s plausible to think… what if Team Patricks wins at Survival? Then what. Perfect Jack’s return will be known as merely a mission for money. You want to talk about poker… the stakes are high, we all know that. And as I stand in the ring with champions, past and present you know this but we all have a responsibility to pull out the big moves. How long has it been Jack? Months, years? What have you been doing?

Mr Kenty: The game has evolved. The game has changed and this is a totally different landscape.  You are right… each and every one has cards. We hold the cards to our Destiny if you will and all of us, may think we have an ace up our sleeve.  But, come Survival I guarantee Mr Kenty will have two ace cards up his sleeve. And Mr Kenty will be one step ahead of you Jack and Team Adamson.


*The fans boo loudly mixed with a very small chant of Kenty, which is drowned out as Kenty stands triumphantly now alongside his Team Patricks colleagues in the ring, standing toe to toe with Team Adamson as the crowd now begin to Chant “This is Awesome”*
