Barnsley v Crawley was interesting. Didn't see the second half as I followed my mate who was ejected at half time, narrowly avoided a confrontation with Barnsley fans in their local pub before becoming best mates with them and nearly missing my train home. I got home at midnight, my mate got back to Liverpool at 5:30am Sunday Laugh

Actually went for a run today.

3 Miles in 40 mins, not a great pace but surprised myself and only had to stop running half way for 2 mins.

Gonna lose this 2 stone in no time (as long as I remember it doesn't mean I can eat an extra cake)
