Howdy folks,

It's that time of the year, when i come to you, cap in hand and ask for a little bit of help.

This time, it's not a simple leg wax, but something much more rewarding. I'm going to be riding 100 miles around Hertfordshire to raise money for The Sick Childrens Trust, and Rosie's Hospital based at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge.

I'm doing this for someone i know who was eternally thankful to both these causes for their care and support when his family needed it most.

Please check out my Virgin Giving page and have a read, you don't even have to donate, but if you could share or at least bring more attention to these causes, that would be amazing.
