I thought I would have a go at predicting what this years BIF card might look like.

James McManus (c) v Cameron Faith (c)

(After a brutal match ends in a no contest, Kenji Hidari runs in with Walker and the referee, and says he is taking his no.1 contender shot now. He ends up pinning both McManus and Faith in quick succession. Thus becoming Re-Genesis’ double champion)

Lex Hart v Geoff Steel

(Hart has joined Re-Genesis and starts talking down Steel’s credentials, because he lost his chance for the FFTR case at Chaos and lost at the Gold Rush even when he comes in at number 30. Walker stops the infighting by making this match. Lex would win, and after a few weeks Steel would return as a face)

(The story here is Kenty wins the Gold Rush and Kincade decides to cash in on Cassius at Born in Fire, as previous attempts to cash in have been thwarted by Re-Genesis)

I'm not sure I see both the world title matches being multi-man matches tbh, but other than that it looks like some serious sexual chocolate

Problem is there are a lot of guys that deserve a shot. Actually, "problem" is the wrong word. It is a good thing to have for the fed, but a headache for creative. Blame the number of high quality promoers we have.

My one problem with that card is why would Walker do anything to appease Leone when they hate one another? TGA vs. Leone without the stipulation would work better in my eyes.

Also noticed a lack of Finlay's last match

That just puts a massive spanner in the works. I will re-edit.

Dicey and Marshall are wasted in that match tbh, why would Dicey go from a feud with Leone to being Mike Hill's enforcer?? and Marshall should be in a No1 contenders match with Kenty and probably Max

Leone vs Cass as the Main Event 

I cant see Lex joining Re-Genesis or Steel turning face

Maybe then swap Leone for Finlay.

Main Event 1 is now Hill v Adamson v Murdoch
Match 8 is Finlay v TGA
New Match is Dicey v Leone

It is difficult. I really wanted Adamson and Dicey to be involved with each other some how because of your promo when you attacked Patricks. That is why I added Dicey to that Main Event.

And I disagree Dicey.....I definitely see Hart joining Re-Genesis.

I would have Dicey and Max for world title. Max finally winning the big one in tribute to patricks. I would have it against dicey due to  patricks being diceys character.

See that's what I thought BUT I think Adamson is going to become next TAW champion on the back of Patricks' death. However, I think Hill will be champ all the way until BiF.

So the only conclusion I could have drawn was having Dicey and Adamson in the match with Hill. And then obviously I had to add Marshall to that mix.

EDIT - Changed it a bit but I really wanted it to be Marshall v Hill v Dicey v Adamson for the TAW Championship. But then I needed to find room for Finlay. Only other possible way was to make the Main Event 1 a 6 Man Match and add Dicey and Leone to it.

It is a toughie. You feel like people who deserve that shot are missing out. I am happy with the 6WF title match which I think Kincade will win. And whatever format the TAW title match is, I think Adamson will win. So both have to be part of those matches.

I might even sandwich Finlay's last match inbetween the main events to spread out the multi man matches.

I don't in all honesty see Marshall still being in world title contention come BIF (yes I'm that optimistic about winning on Sunday )

I also think that's there will be a big 6WF v ReGenesis match at some point, possibly at BiF to end the Re-Genesis storyline, so perhaps Marshall/Leone/Consultancy/Saint (if he's still around) vs Dicey/Hill/Cassius/Udo & Visage is a possibility, although that could mean 1 or possibly both world titles not being defended

I think Max will win the Gold Rush and close out the show, no idea who against though

(For me, the main reason this should happen is for Logan to finally put down Crime Lord, as so far I don't think he's had that final win to cement him. If he could have a long dominant world title run and then Crime Lord looks like he is doing his usual run to the top only for Kincade to destroy him, gets Kincade over big.)

Lex Hart is not a Hardcore wrestler IMO

Cassius will be in the ME scene. And for Saint AND Zhi not to hold the 6WF title, Saint needs to win at Chaos and then lose to Kincade at Destiny. Can't see it myself.

Twist, you're forgetting that you left off Finlay and had Walker place Leone in a #1 contenders match despite originally stopping him from ever holding a world title.

It's Born in Fire, match places shouldn't make a jot of difference, just swap a couple around so that match is in 6 or something.

I'm not saying Lex Hart is a Hardcore wrestler, neither was Abe Abercorn yet he had arguably the best Hardcore Title run ever, it's a nice contrast to see Lex Hart try to do it without weapons.

Or lose the world title on a Lockdown perhaps?

I know he is, I think he'll be written off with the world title run his last big run. 

I think it'd be the perfect feud ender.

Lex held the Extreme Title in 6CW before

Sorry Crimey, I just think there are other people ahead of you in that queue. I can't see Crime Lord jumping the likes of Zhi after the Re-Genesis story that is building up. If Saint wins at Chaos, he would be more likely to face Kincade.

I think Crime Lord v Logan for the world title will happen eventually.

That said, I think Marshy was right that there might very well be a Re-Gen v 6WF battle. Maybe Walker is in Dicey's corner and McGraw's in Leone's for their match.

I think when Blue Dragon returns I can see those two characters dropping off a little and probably being written out before BiF. 

I think Crime Lord vs. Logan for the world title should happen for Logan's sake, and think the booking has been done this way on purpose. Crime Lord beat Logan when nobody else could for the Hardcore title then beat him again when Logan tried to get it back, then Logan's only real victory over Crime Lord was when Crime Lord had already been through Hardcore Hell, it makes perfect sense that Logan needs to beat Crime Lord, one on one properly, to be taken seriously as the world champion. It books itself, although I think that it might not have chance to manoeuvre itself that way by Born in Fire. 

Kincade has Fight for the Right remember Twist, he could cash in at Chaos, leaving neither Saint or Cassius with the title. Born in Fire is still a long way away, 4 months is a long time for things to change, even with only two PPVs. I think that will just mean bigger things might happen on Lockdown instead. 

Crime Lord could easily jump the queue with the Gold Rush, and if Kincade wins the world title at Chaos, that means you have that match set up quite easily.

I think you're overstating how important a "main event" scene is in 6WF, I think all the feuds of my card could be seen on equal footing and don't think it really matters where you're placed on the card.

I love how its a sure thing Adamson's going to win the World Title as a Patricks tribute, but i'm not so sure...

I still can't see Lex getting involved in the Re-Gen stuff, he has distanced himself from it since the 6CW vs 6WF match and Walker has moved on so much since he was under Lex's command - I think Lex needs to snap at some point and a losing feud against Kenty would do that, where he goes then is anybodies guess - I would like him to target a belt, at any level he needs to wear gold to make himself feel complete again

Looking at the rest of the card, putting my bookers head on. I would go with the Logan/Crime Lord match for the Heavyweight belt -  I agree that Logan needs that to truly cement himself at that level and needs a clean win over Crime Lord

 I don't actually think it'll be as a Patricks tribute, I think Adamson is going to be heel and say he did it all himself, he did it for himself not for Patricks.

If Max doesn't take this seriously and does anything related to Anchorman again he'll be lucky to make the pre-show!

I'll also say I can deffo see a Kincado/Crime Lord match at BIF to finish off the feud, and wouldn't be surprising for it to be a world title bout
