Yes, I'm now a team manager, but I am finding it hard to stop being a doer of the work and so I keep jumping in and doing stuff, but then that means that I have to work longer hours to get my stuff done.

I was considering a promo for Adamson, mocking the recent trend of autobiographies being released in Sport, where Adamson brings out a book called "What REALLY happened at Destiny", but wouldn't fit his current mood to be his old self. This is a heartbreaking week for Adamson.
